These terms apply to the supply of plants and related services by Florafolia (Alstonville Plants Pty Ltd). By placing an order you agree to them.
Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Orders are accepted once confirmed by us in writing.
Pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST and freight. We may adjust pricing for quotes that have expired.
Availability & Substitution
Living stock is subject to seasonal availability. Where a specified line is unavailable we will flag it and propose a substitution for your approval before supply.
Delivery
Delivery timing is estimated in good faith. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the nominated site or carrier. See our Delivery & Freight page for freight details.
Plant Health Guarantee
Stock is supplied true-to-type and healthy at the point of delivery. Claims relating to condition on delivery must be made within the period stated on your documentation.
Payment
Payment terms are as set out on your quote or trade account. Title in the goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacement of the goods or the cost of their replacement.
