How we supplied it
Social housing projects run to a fixed construction program, and the landscaping package lands late in it — there is no slack for stock that turns up under-size, unavailable or in dribs and drabs. For this NSW Government development at Casino, delivered with EDT Projects, we supplied the full planting schedule as one accountable package.
More than 1,000 plants went into the project: feature trees for the street frontage, shrubs and screening for the boundaries, and grasses and groundcovers throughout the shared landscape. Everything was grown and graded to specification, then delivered coordinated to the installation program.
